I just wanted to let you know that after all my trials and tribulations acquiring my vehicle and then damaging it within the first four weeks! I was most appreciative of the very pleasant and efficient service provided by BNT Smash Repairs at Artarmon. I received a call from BNT within an hour or so of reporting the accident to LeasePlan, they assessed the damage to the vehicle as soon as i called in the first time, they told me that it would be 4, maybe 5 days under repair, and rang me first thing on the morning of the 4th day to say it was ready.   Just as it should be, but happens all too rarely these days!!! TOP
